Finally some perfect El Paso evening weather to relax outdoors and listen to some fantastic music. The bar sets a nice mood for kicking back and enjoying a drink and even has some large doors that open to the wrap around patio outside. We were lucky to catch Sangre Gitano performing on a Friday night topping off an evening that was made for music and having fun with friends. The interior is well laid out whether sitting at the bar, or a table and the service was top notch, shout out to Ashley!

I was a little worried about it being a bar to begin with but MAN O MAN!! SILO did not disappoint and the atmosphere was outstanding and superb..Hands down customer service was definitely on point and the food was Out of this world..Owner introduced himself and he was a All around down to earth person..I suggest that you give them a try ....ESPECIALLY OCTOPUS TACOS!! WINGS AND FRIES ARE KILLER..and my cocktail was to die For!!! Thank you for an amazing night

Awesome upscale bar with some good eats. Tried the mound of fries, Baja tacos and chicken sliders. Definitely would reorder the tacos and fries again! Their drinks are pricey and add up very quickly if you're not careful! The midnight special was my favorite drink there. The ambiance is dark and intimate which makes for a great date night or night out with friends. Highly recommend!

Texas Tuesday! First time my husband and I came here and we were not disappointed! The bartender was very welcoming and helped us choose our drinks. I most definitely recommend the truffle fries, they were to die for! Would love to come back again! New favorite bar in town for sure.

Went looking for an El Paso sign and found this little plaza that had some great eateries and decided to stop and have the Arugula beef salad and some wine. Great service and convo from our bartender Steve quiet and relaxing bar. So glad we decided to venture out. on to the Crave bar to get some chile verde posole!

This place completely surpassed my expectations... I had made an assumption that it was more of a “country” bar but I was pleasantly surprised by the decor, atmosphere and fabulous list of great drinks that they offer. Their list is extensive and enough to satisfy any whiskey, bourbon, brandy, tequila and mezcal lover’s palate. Their signature salts for their mezcal were outstanding! Our server was also well versed on the different labels and made some great recommendations that didn’t disappoint. It was an amazing experience and I definitely plan to come back with my staff or friends. A solid 5 stars all the way around. Come check this gem out!

Stumbled across this restaurant and found it to be an amazing GEM. The staff was tremendous and the food was fantastically addictive. The unique menu options made this restaurant by far separate from the rest. From the Scotch Egg appetizer to the homemade ice cream this place was a great find. The specialty drink menu was just the icing on the cake. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great for date night.
